In respect of Box 20, Dai Yumin acquired 40% interest in All Favour Holdings Limited ("AFH"). Together with the 60% interest in AFH ultimately held by Dai Yumin prior to such acquisition, Dai Yumin holds 100% interest in AFH, which holds 3,708,100,319 shares in China Regenerative Medicine International Limited ("CRMI"), representing approximately 21.09% of the issued share capital of CRMI as at the date of the relevant event.
