In accordance with an agreement for the sale and purchase of the listed issuer's shares between Bright Joy Ventures Limited (Bright Joy) and Liu Xiaolin dated11/9/2018, Mr Yau entered into a concert party agreement dated11/9/2018 with Genius Lead Limited and Bright Joy described in s.317(1)(a).
