Zhengbo Holdings Limited, a company wholly owned by Mr. Suen Cho Hung, Paul (“Mr. Suen”), has entered into a H shares subscription agreement with Shengjing Bank Co., Ltd. (“SJB”) on 20 Jun 2019 for the subscription of 400,000,000 H shares of SJB. Accordingly, Mr. Suen was deemed to be interested in the 400,000,000 H shares and together with his direct and indirect interest in totalling 20,898,500 H shares at 20 Jun 2019, he was deemed to be interested in totalling 420,898,500 H shares of SJB.
