Mr Yau, Genius Lead Ltd & Bright Joy Ventures Ltd entered into s317(1)(a) concert party agreement on 11/9/2018. Call options for 20000000 shares were granted by Bright Joy to He Xun & Li Youyi (exercise price HK$2, period from 12/3/2019 to 11/3/2020). See announcement on 11/9/2018.
