Shougang Concord International Enterprises Company Limited ("SCIE") entered into a sale and purchase agreement on 21 November 2018, pursuant to which SCIE conditionally agreed to sell to Shougang Holding (Hong Kong) Limited (a controlling shareholder of the SCIE) the entire issued share capital (being one ordinary share) of Fair Union Holdings Limited, which reflects an indirect transfer of 686,655,179 shares of Shougang Concord Century Holdings Limited.
