Wandels Investment Limited (“Wandels”) purchased 1,200,000 shares in the Listco. As Wandels is the controlled corporation of Butterfield Trust (Guernsey) Limited ("BTGL Trustee"), the percentage figure of the BTGL Trustee’s deemed interests in the Listco increased from 15.46% to 15.66%. BTGL Trustee filed this form on a voluntary basis as the increase in the percentage figure of its deemed interests in the Listco did not cross a whole percentage point.
