(“Borrower”) and PA Glamorous Opportunity X Limited (“Lender”), if the loan-to-value ratio falls below a prescribed threshold, Borrower may in certain circumstances deliver further ordinary shares of Hong Kong International Construction Investment Management Group Co., Limited to Lender as security for the obligations under the finance documents.
