Seth holds preference shares in China Power Development Limited (CPDL), which holds shares of China Power International Development Ltd. Seth has an agreement (constitutes an agreement under section 317) with China Power International Holding Limited (CPIH), which holds 100% of ordinary shares of CPDL. CPIH purchased shares of the listed corporation and the interest in shares increased.
