On 19 July 2018, China Development Investment Holdings Limited entered into a legally binding but conditional term sheet with Mr. Chan Cheuk Yu, Stephen, pursuant to which Mr. Chan shall sell, and China Development Investment Holdings Limited shall buy, the entire issued shares of Glazy Target Limited, which in turn holds 521,955,073 shares of 197.hk, for a total consideration of HK$313.2 million.
