Reference is made to the announcement of Unisplendour Technology (Holdings) Ltd. dated 5 September 2018. On 4 September 2018, Tsinghua Holdings Co., Ltd entered into equity transfer agreements with each of 蘇州高鉄新城國有資產經營管理有限公司 and 海南聯合資產管理有限公司 to transfer 30% and 6% of the entire equity interest in Tsinghua Unigroup Co., Ltd respectively. Parties agreed to maintain concerted actions on certain important matters at the shareholders meeting of Tsinghua Unigroup Co., Ltd.
