On 18 Dec 2018, Ors Holdings Limited, one of HSBC International Trustee Limited (HKIT)'s controlled corporations transferred the entire issued share capital that it held in Intellinsight Holdings Limited to HKIT. On the same day, HKIT distributed its entire issued share capital in Intellinsight Holdings Limited to New Explorer Developments Limited, a beneficiary of the trust. The distribution has led to HKIT ceasing to have a notifiable interest in the shares of the listed corporation.
