北京聯恆永康管理諮詢有限公司之受控法團北京聯恆永信投資中心（有限合夥）（「聯恆永信」）於2019年1月15日（交易時段後）與ENN Group International Investment Limited（「新奧國際」）簽訂出售及購買聯想控股股份有限公司（「聯想控股」)H股股份協議，據此，透過於香港聯合交易所有限公司交易平台進行市場交易買賣,聯恆永信（作為賣方）同意出售及新奧國際（作為買方）同意購買合共54,090,000股聯想控股H股股份, 作價為每股21.56 港元, 該作價為該協議日期前5個營業日本公司H股股份的平均收市價（以聯交所日報表所載者為准）, 總對價合共約1,166.18 百萬港元。該協議需待若干條款及條件分別達成後方可完成，預期出售事項將分批於2019年3月底前(或協議雙方可能同意的較早日期) 完成。詳情請見聯想控股日期為2019年1月15日之相關公告。
