Supplementary information: On 31 January 2019, Zhi Cheng Holdings Limited and Dadi International Holdings Co., Ltd. entered into a subscription agreement, pursuant to which Dadi International Holdings Co., Ltd. agreed to subscribe for an aggregate of 324,085,995 ordinary shares of Zhi Cheng Holdings Limited at the subscription price of HK$0.178 per share.
