Shougang Concord International Enterprises Company Limited entered into a Sales and Purchase agreement on 21 November 2018, pursuant to which Shougang Concord International Enterprises Company Limited conditionally agreed to sell to Shougang Holding (Hong Kong) Limited the entire issued share capital of Fair Union Holdings Limited, which reflects an indirect transfer of 686,655,179 shares of Shougang Concord Century Holdings Limited. The transaction is completed on 9 April 2019.
