Pursuant to a settlement agreement dated 20 June 2019 entered into between, amongst others, CMI Financial Holding Company Limited ("CMI") and Full Vantage Holdings Limited ("Full Vantage"), Full Vantage has agreed to purchase from CMI 690,000,000 shares in and convertible bonds in the principal sum of HK$25,728,000 of Link Holdings Limited for a total consideration of HK$100,742,036 and to pay CMI compensation under a deed of undertakings dated 21 October 2015 in the sum of HK$299,257,964.
