The disclosure was triggered by a transfer in the security interests of the shares held as collateral from the Singapore Branch of SCB (a "qualified lender" as defined under Part XV of the SFO) to SCB (Singapore) Ltd (a SCB subsidiary, not a "qualified lender" under the SFO) on the date set out in Box 1 due to an internal restructuring of SCB.
