Supplementary information: |
The shares (Box 17) were provided to Singapore Branch of Standard Chartered Bank ("SCB", a "qualified lender" under the SFO) as security in 2017 and the substantial shareholder was subsequently notified (see Box 2) that the security interest was transferred to Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) Limited (not a "qualified lender" under the SFO) on the date set out in Box 1 due to an internal restructuring of SCB. The facility has no outstanding balance as of 15 October 2020.
