The relevant event was triggered by an increase in the number of issued shares of CITIC Ltd. on 14 August 2015 (from 25,762,541,630 to 29,090,262,630). This form is not filed due to the occurrence of a relevant event. This is a revised form which represents the position of CITIC Group Corporation not double counting its interests in a right of first refusal under a s.317 agreement and it is intended that CITIC Group Corporation align its filing with the other parties to the s.317 agreement.
