Apart from entering into agreement for purchase of shares with Liu Xiaolin and concert party agreement with Yau Wing Yiu and Genius Lead Limited on11/9/2018, Bright Joy Ventures Limited also borrowed loan from Mr Liu to buy relevant shares as described under s.317(1)(b).
