Mr. Yu Shaoheng entered into the underwriting agreement with PPS International (Holdings) Limited on 11 April 2018 in relation to the rights issue of 270,000,000 Rights Shares on the basis of one Rights Share for every one Share held by the shareholders on the Record Date. Pursuant to the Underwriting Agreement, Mr. Yu (i) udertakes to subscribe in full the provisional allotment of the rights shares, i.e. 96,975,200 rights shares; and (ii) underwrite a maximum of 156,618,200 rights shares.
