Supplementary information: |
In relation to Mr. Li Ning's interest with respect to 3,351,440,000 shares disclosed in Box 27 and Box 32, such shares were held by a unit trust for two discretionary trusts. Mr. Li Ning is interested in 60% of the shares of the trustee of the unit trust. Due to the new trust arrangement, the units in the unit trust have been transferred to two newly established discretionary trusts.
