Supplementary information: |
On 3 July 2019, Uni-Spark Investments Limited entered into an underwriting agreement with the Company to conditionally fully underwrite 301,673,195 rights shares. In addition, Irrevocable Undertaking made by Ng Hung Sang, Uni-Spark Investments Limited, Fung Shing Group Limited, Parkfield Holdings Limited and Ronastar Investments Limited to undertake to accept entitlements of an aggregate of 132,692,410 rights shares under the proposed rights issue announced by the Company on 3 July 2019.
