Supplementary information: |
Class of shares is the unlisted convertible preference shares (CPS) of the Company. On 11 November 2019, Mr. Xu Jun Jia (Mr. Xu), the spouse of Ms. Huang, acquired 100% interest in All Group Wise International (Holdings) Limited (All Group Wise), which holds 650,000,000 CPS in the Company. Pursuant to the SFO, Mr. Xu is deemed to be interested in such CPS held by All Group Wise and Ms. Huang is deemed to be interested in Mr. Xu's interest in such CPS.
