Each of TDT1 & TDT2 as respective trustee of Henchild Trust & Henley Trust holds unit in Henfull Unit Trust (UT1) but is not entitled to any interest/share in particular property comprising UT1’s trust asset. TUT1 as trustee of UT1 own all issued ordinary share of HD. I own all issued share of TUT1 TDT1 TDT2. TUT1 in its ordinary course of business as trustee exercise power to hold share of HD independently without any reference to me as TUT1 shareholder. Bonus Share issued by listedco on 22/6.
