System changes in DION System (Effective Q1 2026 tentative)

HKEX will implement security enhancements to the Disclosure of Interest Online (DION) System. The enhancements (refer to this link for details) will be rolled out in Q1 2026. The exact date will be announced on this website two weeks before the effective date.

New DI Form Version 1.2.0

A new version of the DI Forms (v1.2.0) is available for download in the DION System starting from Saturday, 8 November 2025. This update applies to all DI Form types in both Excel and PDF formats.

Please note that this release includes technical improvements only; there are no changes to the form’s content or layout.

ACTION REQUIRED:

The DION System no longer accepts previous versions of the DI Forms, please download the new version immediately. Users attempting to upload an outdated form will receive an alert prompting them to use the latest version.
